Any videos or images you make by using our services are stored locally in your phone and are not stored in or will not be uploaded to our services/server without your permission.

You can request a refund for unused pay-as-you-go credits by completing the Contact Support form in the footer of our website within 30 calendar days of the transaction date.
We also provide trial credits with no feature limitations, allowing you to experience our services for free. We highly recommend you fully experience the trial before paying.

6.2 Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving your refund request, we will review your account status to determine if it is eligible for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 7 work days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
